Elvis was a brilliant person and very calm in spirit. His profile for the 2019 Commonwealth PhD Scholarship was irresistible and his leadership role as a Graduate mentor at Open Dreams Cameroon was remarkable. His passing away is a big loss to the global community of scholars!
